Bob Wilson has been involved in the design and specification of fluid handling systems for over 25 years. He holds a BSME from Clarkson University. His career spans the design of large commercial HVAC systems in New York City, to industrial process fluid temperature control, to the current application of compressed air management systems.
In 1987, he co-foundered ConservAIR Products Co. in sponsorship with the Connecticut Product Development Corporation to help bring to market patented application technologies for improving the performance of compressed air systems. In 1991, ConservAIR Products became ConservAIR Technologies in a joint partnership with Pneumatech Inc., a designer and builder of compressed air treatment equipment.
Bob lectures and gives seminars on how to improve overall productivity and save energy in an industrial plant air system. He has worked with numerous concerned groups to include power authorities, compressed air manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and a wide variety of large and small industrial compressed air users. He has been involved in the data acquisition, analysis, and the formulation of recommendations for over 500 compressed air system projects.
Bob Wilson is a published author on the subject of Compressed Air Management. He is a member of AFE and actively supports ongoing efforts of CAGI and the Compressed Air Challenge. As an independent consultant, Bob will continue to provide technical services and support for ConservAIR Energy Management projects and end user awareness training.
