Tim Dugan is a nationally-recognized expert in industrial compressed air and vacuum system energy efficiency with thirty-one years of experience.  He is a professional engineer, has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in technology management.  He is an Assistant Scoutmaster, father of three successful and highly educated children, and husband of Renee’ for 31 years.  After designing and managing product development of industrial air compressors at Rogers Machinery for 10 years and launching product development of compressed air management systems at Pneu-Logic for three years, he has been providing engineering consulting services for the past 18 years in his consulting business, Compression Engineering Corporation.    He provides energy efficiency studies, training, system design, project management, tuning and verification of comprehensive industrial compressed air and vacuum projects.
